I want to create an Extranet to allow clients/customers to log in, pay/view invoices, order services, view progress, submit bugs/feedback, download upgrades, etc. Think I need to do this pieces by piece. Most important right now is the bug/issue tracking to coincide with the release of my blogging script to track stuff.

  1. bug/issue tracking
  2. user/session management (should be separate - required for multiple projects
  3. secure download of purchased scripts
  4. allow them to view account information/history
  5. allow them to download upgrades - when that expires

need minimum to be capturing information so that moving forward can determine when the client has purchased the script to determine how long free support/installation exists for.
