Going to rebuild my laptop soon. I want to re-install Windows XP Pro with VMWare so I can run some flavour of Linux simultaneously whilst I’m out. I am most comfortable working in a Windows environment - not quite sold on the a Unix-based OS and wishing I had the money for a Mac. But alas, I have to work with what I have and that is my laptop!

I want to get back into working with Java and learn about JSP. I will need to install Tomcat and get PHP working with it. More content to put into my computers101.ca website. I’ve just downloaded the VMWare so I can see what it’s like since I don’t recall how it works. I wonder if I can run more then one VMWare with more then one install of Linux. Hrmmmmm. I suppose I shall find out Perhaps I should buy that 120GB 2.5″ USB drive that was on sale.
