Wish me luck ;o)

Alright, I’m becoming a bad blogger again but more so because I feel stuck in a holding pattern. I was eagerly awaiting this coming Monday to register for my VPS account and start moving my portfolio of websites over to the VPS account. After finding out they pro-rate their rates and deciding to stop being “cheap” not wanting to pay for one extra week of web hosting, I went ahead and registered my account this week. I was also thinking it was better to leave myself a bit of extra time to move the websites in case something happens. Enough experience with technology has taught me to plan on everything blowing up, including time lines and to ensure you incorporate that into your project plan.
*enter pounding headache here*
Wanted to do this sooner then later fearing a C&D letter. MindBox is a registered TM and rather then deal with implications of moving the blog at a later date I decided to be pro-active in moving it over to my sipofwater.com domain. It has taken me several hours over a couple of days to back things up off of the mindbox.ca domain and get the WordPress blog moved over to this domain ready to flip the switch.
Now I get to run around trying to update any references I can think of to mindbox.ca.
